   My Vacation at Antique

     

      It was on May of 2014, when my parents decided to go home to their hometown province for a vacation, it’s been years since we last saw our relatives in Antique, and they mostly wanted to visit this new resort near their hometown, which is called Siraan Hotspring and Health Resort.

The place was great, it was really spacious and really elegant looking, but what I loved the most about the place is their Natural HOTSPRING, its natural because the place is near a crater, but
don’t worry it’s inactive. The place is really relaxing and my nieces and nephews were really having fun, there’s a moment when they didn’t even want to come up from the pool to eat.

After lunch, the adults decided to visit the neighboring island of the resort called Siraan Island. The Island was so beautiful, with its white sand and clear waters, especially the peacefulness of the place since we’re the only ones at the island.

The great thing about this island is that the government owns it, that is why the place is peaceful and untouched, because only few people knows this place and they are mostly the locals.

Swimming on the islands sparkly clean ocean was AMAZING! the temperature was right, its shallow, so you could easily see the corals. I was really amazed by this place, and grateful that there are no people besides my family and relatives, I really enjoyed this Island.

                                               

Kalachuchi Trees

Aside from the Islands's clear water, is the inside of the Island itself, upon entering the Island, there are ALOT of Kalachuchi trees aligned on either side of your path, so it feels like walking on a park, I really loved the flowers of the Kalachuchi trees, aside from its pure white- colored flowers are their fragrant smell, my mom said that it would be nice to have our own Kalachuchi tree at home. 

I hope that someday, I could go back to that Island, and I hope that it would still be as beautiful as it was, the day I first visited it and if that day comes, I'm hoping that I would be with someone where I could spend the night with at the Island, to look and gaze at the stars.
