Dear diary,
Monday
morning and my father woke me up with these words, “Beng, ano pa-member ka na
sa fitness club?” what a day to start my morning, I didn’t answer him and
instead I just look at him frowning, then my father sigh and then said “Bahala
ka” then left my room. I came down from my room and started brushing my teeth,
when suddenly my mother asked me if I wanted to join the fitness club, they
obviously wanted me to start losing weight, which annoys me very much, so I just
sighed and said “Fine!”. After taking a shower I head down to the fitness and
wellness club, which is only 5 steps away from or house, then the coach started
saying how excited she is and that I have finally decided to join and lose
weight, blah blah. At first it was awkward to be in that room, since there is
another client in there. Then she started weighing me and measuring my waist,
then making me a meal plan that I have to stick to from now on, which is fine
as long as the food has taste.
The week
went by and I told my friends that I started my diet and that I joined the
fitness club near us, they were really excited and happy about my decision, and
that they fully have my support. Then they started asking questions if I can
really do it, and what is my goal weight, and of course as true friends as they
are, they talk about eating junk foods or chocolates in front of me just too
piss me off, and I told them to try if they want to have a bloody mouth, of
course it’s all just a joke, so far they’re supportive and haven’t tempted me
with forbidden foods yet.
Xoxo,
Katrina
