Dear Diary,
The high light of my week is going to Amana Resorts and waterpark for me and my parents belated birthday party. I invited some of my friends, so that I could have some people to talk too, besides my nieces and nephews. It was a BLAST! the place is amazing, there are my pools to choose from, I like their main attraction which is the wave pool, thank god we have "salbabida" which I borrowed from my nephew, because me and my friends doesn't know how to swim.
We tried the other pools, the cave pool, the one with lots of Minion characters, etc. Then an two hours before our time limit, something happened, my friends and I decided to learn to swim just by ourselves, and after 30 minutes or so, we did it! of course, I learned first, since I am a fast learner, then I convinced my other friend to try and that I promised she won't drown, and after that, she quickly learned too, the other one took a lot of convincing, but she agreed at the end. After learning the basics, we decided to have some friendly competition like, holding our breaths the longest, who is the fastest swimmer type of games. It was really fun, too bad that some of my friends, that I graciously asked to come, rejected me, well that's their lost and not mine.
We also could have tried the zip line, but the staff said it's their closing time, what a bummer. Then I convinced my friends to sleep over at my house, because I'm pretty sure they're tire from all that exercise, it took a lot of convincing and threatening for them to agree with my proposal, but at the end they lost and we had a "Movie Marathon", but of course we did not have a chance to finish it, mostly me, because at the half time of the movie, I started dozing off.
xoxo,
Katrina
